The challenge

Reverse Mentors is a self-initiated, conceptual program brought to life whilst attending the STW High Performers – a group wide initiative created to champion emerging talent within the STW network. The program seeks to emphasise the positive effect young professionals have within their respective industries but equally demonstrate how you are never too old to learn something new. The program underlines how two people can empower each other through partnership and skill sharing.


The result

The identity’s typographic language emphasises the idea of role-reversal by mixing letterforms to create playful word puzzles. Graphic patterns and photographic juxtapositions demonstrate that interesting things can happen when you bring them together.
